HENRIETTA ISD NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISK Sealed Qualifications for Construction Manager-At-Risk for the construction of new high school building, for the Henrietta Independent School District will be received at the Henrietta ISD Administration Building, 1801 E. Crafton Street, Henrietta, TX 76365, until 2:00pm (Local Time), Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Qualifications received by hand delivery or mail after that time will be returned unopened. No proposer shall withdraw a proposal within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all responses received. Starting today, our track and football field will be closed for the summer. They are starting the removal and replacement process for the turf/track surface. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we are excited to have the new surfaces ready for fall! This is part of the bond package that was passed in May.
