Congrats to senior Jalee Tiller for being awarded the Region 6 lifter of the week for the first week of the season by the THSWPA! She started her senior season with an 835lb total. She had a 300lb squat, 205lb bench press, and 330lb deadlift. Great job, Jalee. 👏🏼 #thswpa

Here are some pictures from our powerlifters Merry Liftmas workout today. Students worked out, competed in some challenges, and headed into the break with a pancake feast.
Door decorating winners were announced today.... Best Door/ Hallway - Mrs. Jetton with the Harry Potter themed hallway, Funniest Door Coach Tiller, and most detailed Mrs. Freeman. All of the doors looked amazing this year and brought lots of Christmas spirits to the hallways.
Senior, Garrett Sosebee built this bike rack for the high school for his practicum project. Mr. Peters, Mr. Holbert, & Dr. Farnsworth helped set it in place today. Thank you for this Garrett, it's is awesome!
HHS has some of the best staff & students. Here are a few Gold Standard awards passed out today.
Mrs. Deaton's "bigs" had a Christmas celebration with their "littles". Students decorated cookies, did a craft, and enjoyed some treats with their mentors.
