Chief Nash recently visited Mrs. Turner's class and provided instruction to students on how to properly interact with peace officers during traffic stops and other encounters. This important instruction is mandated as part of the Senate Bill 30 Community Safety Act requirements.
Congratulations to Keylee Cardwell for being HHS's first "Culture of Kindness" winner of the year! The person who nominated her said, "she gave me a pencil and a water bottle for free and that was very nice!" Way to go, Keylee! Keep spreading kindness!

The Bearcat and LadyCat Cross Country teams traveled to Midway USA yesterday for one last meet before district. It was a HOT one yesterday. These young men and women had to work even harder for these times!

Natalie Romines placed 3rd running a 13:32
Laney Johnson placed 11th running a 14:21
