Please welcome Tycie to the HISD family! A Clay County native, Tycie is married to Michael, a firefighter in Wichita Falls. Her oldest children, Weston and Katie, graduated from HHS. Her youngest, Mondi, starts 6th grade at HJH this year. Proud to have her on board. #goldstandard
Starting today, our track and football field will be closed for the summer. They are starting the removal and replacement process for the turf/track surface. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we are excited to have the new surfaces ready for fall! This is part of the bond package that was passed in May.
HES announces Shayla Shannon as the new 5th grade Social Studies teacher. Shannon is excited to join our Bearcat community. She has a wonderful husband and two boys. They love the outdoors, to laugh, and are always up for learning something new.
