About

Henrietta ISD has proudly served students and families for more than a century. From early schools in the 1870s to the opening of Walker High School in 1928, education has remained a cornerstone of our community. In 2026, HISD opened a new high school facility, with Henrietta Junior High relocating to the former high school campus. As we honor our past, we continue building a strong future for our students and community.
