If your grade book fails to function properly here are some steps you can take to try and fix the issue.
The quickest and easiest fix is to
turn compatibility mode off on your computer. Please see the directions
below to turn off compatibility mode.
Look in the address bar that the top of the grade book web page.
Click on the highlighted (blue) Compatibility View icon button. (See screenshot below)
NOTE: The webpage will now reload with Compatibility View turned off for it.
The icon will be gray after this. Your grade book should be functional again.
If it isn't working properly after that there is an additional set of steps you need to take.
Clearing the Cache and Cookies
Click on Tools and select Developer Tools.
In the Developer Tools window, click on Cache and select Clear Browser Cache...
Click Yes to confirm the clearing of the browser cache.
Repeat the above steps and select clear session cookies.
Repeat the above steps and select clear cookies for domain.
If your grade book still fails
to function properly, please put in a trouble ticket and mention that
you have followed all of the above steps.
